Manuel Silva Zayago, President - has over twenty five years of
professional experience, eight as a registered architect working in
his own design/build firm in Mexico and seventeen in landscape
architecture, architecture and planning on a wide variety of project types.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Iberoamericana University, Mexico City. He also has participated in several and extensive academic courses and seminars related to landscape architecture/irrigation water conservation at Southwestern College, UCLA, Cal Poly State University San Luis Obispo and Golf Course Design at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
Manuel Silva Zayago is been approved by the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB) and currently taking the examination for his landscape architecture license in Arizona.
He is licensed to practice architecture in Mexico, member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), California Landscape Contractors Association Member (CLCA), California 'B' General Building Licensed Contractor and Landscape Licensed Contractor (C-27) by the California State License Board (CSLB).
Before becoming an independent consultant and starting his own design firm in California, Manuel worked for some of the most prestigious landscape architectural firms in San Diego as a project manager and irrigation specialist developing and designing a vast variety of high-end residential, multiple family housing, military housing bases, master planned communities, public parks, commercial and institutional projects throughout Southern California, Nevada, Mexico City, Acapulco, Ixtapa, and Tijuana.
